I recently decided to move into a new place and quickly found that I had some hurdles to overcome, including some minor credit dings and tight finances. I decided to put together a candle spell that not only worked like ... well ... a CHARM, but worked on the FIRST property that we applied to live at. This candle spell has been tested time and time again, and it the key to getting the perfect place to live.Preparing the Petition Paper - Aim High!
The trick to this spell is that you really need to know what you want in your new place. Start by compiling a petition paper where you list out all of the qualities you desire in the new place, and AIM HIGH! You'll get about 70% of the things you're looking for. Include the price you're willing to pay for rent, deposits, how many bedrooms and bathrooms, a balcony, location, neighborhood quality, etc. Also include the emotional values you want your home to evoke: it feels like home, my friends feel welcome there, I feel stable and that I can put down roots, etc. Don't forget to include qualities you want in the neighbors and the landlord: I want a landlord that's hands-off in his management style, I want friendly neighbors, no kids in the neighborhood, etc. Write it all out in as much detail as possible. Finish by dabbing a little Success and Eloquence Oil on the four corners of the paper and the center (a 5-spot pattern). Fold the paper in half toward you, turn it 1/4 turn clockwise and fold it in half again, and repeat that one more time for a total of three folds. Set it aside.
Preparing the Candle
Obtain a yellow glass-encased candle (7 day candle). Wipe it down with a paper towel slightly moistened with ammonia to clear away any residual energy on the candle. Next draw a symbol of a house on a piece of paper, and write your name inside the image of the house (include anyone else's name who will be residing there). Write "New Home" over the roof. I also like to add little crosses to bless the home, and add in my zodiacal symbol as well as the symbols of anyone else who will be residing there. Put a thin layer of tacky glue on the back of the photo and stick it onto the front of the glass candle. This will act as a sigil to draw the home to you.
Next, take a skewer and drill three holes into the wax in the candle from the top down. Into these holes dribble a few drops of Success and Eloquence Oil. Finally, add three small pyrite pieces into the top of the candle (for success) and three small lodestone grit pieces (to magnetically draw the home to you).
Charging the Candle
Hold the candle up to God and pray with all your might for your home. Speak in your own words, that you will find a home with all of the qualities you've listed, and claim it in the name of God. Finish by holding it to your heart and saying "In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit". Tap the candle on the table three times to seal the energy into it.
Place the candle on top of your folded up petition paper. Light the candle and allow it to burn all the way down. Start shopping around and applying for places right away. Lay the completed applications on your alter by the candle to draw the luck of your magic into the work. You can even dress the back of the application with Success and Eloquence Powder before you submit it to really secure your victory!
You'll have success in finding the perfect place in no time flat!

i have to say, i didn't have much hope.. but it totally worked! i've been looking for a new home for a year now and living in an expensive and over saturated city has made it extremely difficult to find a place that meets my boyfriend's and my high standards and low paychecks. serious case of champagne taste beer budget over here! besides being very picky, it seemed that every house we found that we loved was scooped up by another renter within hours of it being listed or someone would start a bid war on the place, knocking the price out of our range! last full moon, i was in the mood to end the vicious cycle and followed this spell pretty loosely. i bought a small yellow candle and some sage leaves and went with my gut feeling to make a fire outside at dusk. i cast a circle around the fire and lit my yellow candle and began focusing on positive thoughts about our future home. i used some essential oils that have associations with abundance and success to drop into the fire and rubbed some on my wrists. i then slowly read off my list of house criteria while dropping sage leaves into the fire one by one and focusing on believing it all to be true while watching the leaves burn and uncurl. i blew the candle out before closing the circle and took it inside with me where i prayed and tapped it 3 times on my coffee table. i lit it every night for 3 days and thought positively about house hunting. i don't know why i felt the urge to burn a fire and use sage, other than the house we are in now has a lot of depression and stagnation energy, so maybe i felt a need to burn it away so something new could finally come. anyway, one week later we viewed an amazing house that shouldn't have still been available and signed the lease 3 days later! i can't believe it. as mentioned, we got about 70% of everything we asked for.. all the important stuff! amazing.

This spell was suggested to me by a conjurer but I have not been able to get in contact with him since nor anyone from this blog. I have later learned that Dr. E has passed so there's no questioning him either. I am sorry for this. I did what he stated only I forgot to use three lodestones and nowhere had any pyrite so I used gold glitter. My candle went fast. I started it Friday near midnight and it was out by Wednesday night. There was a lot of black soot in the candle from top to bottom. I assumed this meant to repeat the spell...this time I had three lodestones but still no pyrite and I drizzled honey into the candle and also dressed and lit up a gold, green, white and black candle. When I got home yesterday from being in the hospital from Thursday night; I learned that the yellow candle went out, the black candle went out and the white candle went out. The gold candle had soot on one side of the glass but it was almost finished and the green candle is almost out. I read some protection prayers and attempted to relight the white, yellow and black candle but only the white candle caught a fire...very little one too...you can hardly see its blue flame but the black and yellow refuse.
Should I throw away the original yellow candle as well as the ones that won't light and get three new ones or should I just throw away original candle and let it be, just wait it out?
I did this today for a specific property that my man and I had very little chance of getting on our own.
It worked. Within hours! Amazing!!!
